Sort alphabetically
System profiles support alphabetical sorting in selectable stages.
Current support: Magic: The Gathering
The current TCG System version is designed for Magic: The Gathering: recognize cards, route them to destination bins using sorting profiles, and then transfer them to Inventory in a controlled workflow.
Magic with TCG System
Magic: The Gathering is the card game currently supported by TCG System. The machine recognizes cards in a sorting run and then distributes them across six destination bins according to the selected profile. Cards that should be reviewed remain separate in the Eject/Review bin.
TCG System itself is designed as an expandable card sorting system for Trading Card Games. Additional card games are only described as supported once their respective support has actually been released.
For Magic, sorting profiles help pre-sort a collection, group sets, or prepare cards for another sorting run.
Sorting profile examples
The available criteria depend on the current feature set of the app.

A system profile can distribute cards across the destination bins by color.

Custom rules
When custom profiles are enabled, suitable criteria and conditions can be combined into a sorting rule. This lets the routing to destination bins reflect your own card workflow.
Review & Transfer
Not every recognized card has to be transferred to Inventory immediately. After the run, you check the results in Review & Transfer. Only then can new cards enter Inventory or existing copies be assigned to a storage location.
The Eject/Review bin keeps cards separate when they should not enter the normal workflow.
