New card inventory
A new batch is recorded as its own machine run. After sorting, you review unusual results in Review & Transfer and add confirmed cards to Inventory. Destination storage locations can be assigned during transfer.
For sellers and card shops
TCG System connects sorting runs, review, and Inventory into a traceable workflow for card inventory.
From a stack to structured inventory
Anyone who regularly buys cards, takes in collections, or prepares bulk for sale knows the effort involved: before cards can be listed, stored, or processed further, they need to be recognized and grouped meaningfully.
TCG System supports this transition from a stack of cards to structured inventory. The machine sorts according to a selected profile, uncertain cards remain separate, and the app then connects the reviewed results with Inventory and the physical storage location in a controlled process.
Typical workflows
A new batch is recorded as its own machine run. After sorting, you review unusual results in Review & Transfer and add confirmed cards to Inventory. Destination storage locations can be assigned during transfer.
Existing Inventory cards can be removed from a storage location and sorted again. After the run, existing copies are assigned to their new destination storage locations instead of being added a second time as new cards.
Sorting profiles divide cards according to the characteristics that matter for your process. This lets you split a mixed stack into clearer groups before further processing.
Reorganize inventory
When re-sorting, you select an existing storage location as the source. After the run, the existing copies are assigned to their new destination storage locations instead of being recorded a second time as new cards.
Controlled completion
Review & Transfer deliberately separates recognition from the Inventory transfer. This lets you decide before booking which cards enter Inventory and where the physical copies should be stored.
Documentation, Inventory, and the card sorter show the individual steps.
