DIY concept
A TCG card sorting machine you can build yourself
TCG System combines locally 3D-printed parts with a coordinated component kit and a local app.
A different approach
A machine that can take shape where you use it.
TCG System deliberately takes a different approach from large, fully assembled sorting systems. The mechanical and outer parts of the machine are designed for 3D printing. This allows a large part of the system to be produced where the machine will later be used.
A coordinated kit is planned for the remaining components that do not make sense to manufacture yourself. This allows the 3D-printed parts to be made locally without requiring users to source every other component individually.
Modular design
3D-printed mechanics, coordinated components.
TCG System is designed as a modular TCG card sorter with 3D-printed mechanics and a coordinated component kit. The DIY approach is not intended to turn the machine into an improvised project without clear instructions, but to keep the build process understandable step by step.
Many assemblies and software functions continue to be iterated, tested, and reworked where needed. Assembly, commissioning, and software use are explained step by step in the TCG System documentation.
Planned component kit
Details only after they have been fully verified.
The planned kit includes the system components that do not make sense to manufacture yourself. The exact contents will only be published once the bill of materials, production, testing, and conformity requirements have been finalized.
Until then, TCG System does not publish an unfinished bill of materials, pricing, or delivery dates.
